Maybe I should start with the basics and just post anything!? 🤷‍♀️ The biggest thing I learned while getting this shot was that snakes can feel your nerves. Those who were nervous working with this snake had difficulties, while others who were calm didn't. Naturally, its owner was very comfortable, which resulted in this bad-ass shot!

    Sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. I've taken a br Sorry, I haven't posted in awhile. I've taken a break from digital photography indefinitely, except for work-related shoots either with UNLV or freelance clients. I traded one hobby (photography groups) for another hobby (volleyball). I've been in a photography rut for the past few months, so a break is definitely needed! However, there were some shoots during 2024 that were absolute 🔥 🔥 🔥 that I would like to share for the time being, including this one!

    I got a head start on Halloween content back in Ju I got a head start on Halloween content back in July, a couple of days after the Olympic opening ceremonies in France. This is giving Marie Antoinette vibes!
    It's been a while since I've done a beauty shoot. It's been a while since I've done a beauty shoot. What makes this shoot different was using newer Adobe technologies to help with retouching, as well as finally using a macro lens to get a better up-close shot. However, heavy retouching was definitely unnecessary!
    To kick off the Olympics opening ceremonies in Par To kick off the Olympics opening ceremonies in Paris tonight, I did a shoot with an UNLV alumnus who was a 3-time Olympian and a 2016 gold medalist in BMX racing. He will be an NBC commentator for the sport.
